Leadtime & Shipping

Each piece is made to order. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks, followed by an estimate of a week of handling and a week of insured air transport in most cases. Shipping is free for the United States and Europe, and all taxes and duties are already included in the price. A madeira é pacientemente trabalhada por meio de fresagem CNC de cinco eixos e acabada à mão, com a fibra seguindo a curva em vez de lutar contra ela. Cada peça carrega o peso de seu próprio bloco, a estrutura resolvida sem emendas visíveis, a superfície quente ao toque. A luz capta a silhueta de forma diferente em cada ângulo, como acontece ao amanhecer.

O CONCEITO

A Coleção Aurora leva o nome do amanhecer, o momento em que a luz transforma a escuridão em forma. Cada peça começa como um bloco inteiro de madeira maciça, trabalhado por meio de uma técnica de rotação multi-eixos, pacientemente, até que a forma já presente dentro do material se revele. A seção áurea governa cada proporção, desde a curva de um encosto até a inclinação de um assento.

ESTRUTURA / BASE

Tauari, conhecido internacionalmente como Carvalho Brasileiro, é uma madeira de lei versátil com uma presença calma e equilibrada. Seu nome científico é Couratari guianensis. Seus tons variam de bege claro a amarelo-castanho, com ocasionais nuances avermelhadas. A fibra é reta ou ligeiramente entrelaçada. Sua alta densidade requer ferramentas de diamante, enfatizando sua durabilidade e valor.

Shipping is included for deliveries within the United States and Canada.
For other regions, any freight differences will be quoted and submitted via email for approval prior to order confirmation. Standard delivery includes front door or curbside service; white glove service is not included but can be quoted upon request. All pieces are shipped fully insured. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included and remain the client’s responsibility, if applicable.
*Shipping quotes differ for rest of the world orders or particular locations. For other regions, a tailored logistics quote will be submitted for approval after purchase, if applicable, so the order is confirmed.
