Os braços afilam em ponta, as pernas se abrem com a leveza de algo prestes a dar um passo, cada transição resolvida à mão. Onde a madeira encontra o volume estofado, os dois materiais se reconhecem. Nenhum dos dois sustenta a peça sozinho. O que se lê escultural do outro lado da sala revela sua suavidade quando você se aproxima.

O CONCEITO

O conceito da Coleção Insigne é baseado na dança entre dois materiais. Madeira maciça moldada em linhas que se movem pelo ambiente, um volume estofado que se acomoda sobre elas. A estrutura avança, a almofada repousa, e a peça sustenta os dois gestos ao mesmo tempo. A madeira é trabalhada até que o veio acompanhe a forma em vez de resistir a ela.

STRUCTURE / FRAME

Tauari, known internationally as Brazilian Oak, is a versatile hardwood with a calm and balanced presence. Its scientific name is Couratari guianensis. Its tones range from light beige to yellow brown, with occasional reddish nuances. The grain is straight or slightly interlocked. Its high density requires diamond tooling, emphasizing its durability and value.

Shipping is included for deliveries within the United States and Canada.
For other regions, any freight differences will be quoted and submitted via email for approval prior to order confirmation. Standard delivery includes front door or curbside service; white glove service is not included but can be quoted upon request. All pieces are shipped fully insured. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included and remain the client’s responsibility, if applicable.
